Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ΒΌ dl oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
- 1 handful raspberries
Method
- To start, combine all the ingredients to a bowl, and mix it all together. Place in a glass and cover with a lid.
- Place the porridge in the fridge overnight. As topping place a handful of fresh raspberries.
