Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ dl oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 8 slices banana
chia pudding:
- 1 dl plant-based yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
Yogurt top:
Method
- Cut up banana slices and place in the bottom of the glass and around the sides.
- Mix together chia seeds and oat milk. Stir well before pouring it into the glass.
- Put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Mix yoghurt with maple syrup, vanilla extract and beetroot powder and pour it on top of the chia pudding. Top with berries and enjoy.
