Ingredients
- 1 dl gluten-free oats
- 1 ½ dl water
- ½ dl oat milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 x banana
- 1 handful almond
- 1 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder
Method
- Boil together gluten-free oatmeal, water, oat milk and salt to a porridge.
- Stir in baking cocoa and maple syrup.
- Mash half the banana and stir it into the porridge. Then roast the almonds in a dry pan.
- Slice the rest of the banana and top the porridge with the banana and almonds.
- Note: make sure to buy gluten-free oat milk.
