Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- ⅓ x leeks
- 2 x carrot
- 2 x potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 x fish broth
- 5 dl water
- 1 x garlic baguettes
- 1 dl cream
- 200 g cod fillet
Method
- Dice the vegetables.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and fry the garlic and leeks until soft. Add potatoes and carrots, and cook for another minute.
- Add fish bouillon and water, and let the soup simmer until the carrots and potatoes have become tender.
- Bake the garlic bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the cod fillet into cubes, and add to the soup along with the cream. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve the fish soup with warm garlic bread.
