15 min Pizza with Artichoke and Onion

Lebanese bread is super cheap and perfect as a pizza base. It's your imagination that stops you in what add on this pizza as topping, but I really recommend you to test this one! PS: I always have Lebanese bread in the freezer. You can buy it at most international stores.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • ½ tsp sriracha
  • 2 dl cheese
  • 3 x pickled artichoke
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • ¼ x yellow onion
  • 1 x lebanese bread

Method

  1. Lay out Lebanese bread and mix together creme fraiche and sriracha. Spread the mixture and top with cheese. Cut the onion into thin slices and lay out. Place artichokes on the pizza and crumble over feta cheese.
  2. Bake the pizza at 220 degrees celsius for approx. 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn the edges. Top with some delicious greens if you have. The crispy crunch of this easy pizza is amazing!
