Vegan pancakes

Soft, thin pancakes that are easy to make, holdes together and tastes delicious! 2 portions gives 8 pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 4 dl plain white flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 dl plant milk
  • 1 ½ dl aquafaba

Method

  1. Have all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together.
  2. Pour in plant milk while you whisk. Then to the same with aquafaba. Whisk to a lump free batter.
  3. Have a butter in a frying pan and fry pancakes.
  4. Serve with jam, sugar or whatever you want. Enjoy!
