Ingredients
- 4 x potatoes
- 1 x spring onion
- ¼ x red onion
- ¼ x green apple
- ½ dl sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- Dice and cook potatoes until cooked through. Allow the potatoes to cool completely.
- Dice spring onions, red onions and green apples into small pieces.
- Mix together the cooled potatoes and the chopped vegetables with sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Feel free to leave the potato salad in the fridge for a little hour before serving, so that all the flavors have time to settle.
