Ingredients
- 120 g peanut butter
- 6 tbsp almond flour
- 4 tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
- 100 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 100 g peanuts
Method
- Add peanut butter, almond flour and sugar syrup to a bowl and knead to a firm dough, if necessary adjust with more almond flour if the dough is too wet, or more peanut butter and sugar syrup if the dough is too dry.
- Roll about 10 balls and place to a plate. Set aside to cool in the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave.
- Dip the peanut bliss balls into the melted chocolate and place them on a plate preferably lined with baking paper.
- Add the peanuts to a blender until the peanuts has a crunch to it.
- In the crushed peanuts, roll the snickers bliss balls.
- Store in the fridge.
