Granola Bars with Nuts, Chocolate and Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 handful peanuts
  • 20 g dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Method

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Chop the chocolate.
  3. Add the oats, peanuts, cranberries, chocolate and shredded coconut to the bowl with peanut butter and mix well.
  4. Distribute the mixture in a small baking tin and squeeze it flat with a tablespoon.
  5. Place in the freezer for 30-40 min.
  6. Take the granola mixture out of the freezer and slice it into bars. Store them in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container.
