Homemade apple cider vinegar made with apple scraps. Add regular white vinegar if you want to kickstart the process.
Ingredients
- 8 x apple scraps
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 dl water
Method
- Bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Put the apple scraps in a jar. Important that the jar is sterilised. Add the liquid. Top with paper towel and make it stick with a rubber.
- Put the jar in a kitchen cabinet. Remove the scraps after 2 weeks. Wait 3 more weeks and you now have homemade Apple Cider Vinegar.
