Beef Wok with Noodles

Ingredients

  • ½ clove garlic
  • ¼ x red chili
  • 1 x spring onion
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 1 x carrot
  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ x lime
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Mince the garlic, chili and the white part of the spring onion and fry in a frying pan for a few minutes.
  2. Add minced meat and cook until it is almost done.
  3. Grate cabbage and carrots, and add to the frying pan with the minced meat. Cook until the cabbage is soft.
  4. Boil glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Fold the noodles into the meat and vegetable mixture. Season with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper and lime juice.
  6. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan. Serve the wok sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
