Roasted Root Vegetables

ingredienser

  • 2 x carrot
  • ½ x parsley root
  • 1 x parsnips
  • ½ x yellow onion
  • 1 x jerusalem artichoke

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Mince all the root vegetables and ad them to a fireproof form. Season with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
