Sugarfree Mullet Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 x cinnamon stick
  • 2 dl sugar-free concentrated juice
  • 6 dl water
  • 2 x star anise
  • 10 x whole cloves
  • ½ x vanilla bean
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 x clementine
  • ½ x lemon

Method

  1. Divide the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds. Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Let the mixture soak below the boiling point for at least 30 minutes - preferably longer. Serve hot, preferably with chopped almonds and raisins if desired.
  2. You can store the mulled wine in the fridge for several days, and either drink cold or reheat before serving.
