Salmon Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 x salmon fillet
  • ¼ x cucumber
  • ½ x red onion
  • ⅓ pack cherry tomatoes
  • 4 x potato wrap
  • ⅓ pack rocket
  • 50 g feta cheese

Method

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper and chili, and bake in the middle of the oven at 215 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Chop the cucumber, red onion and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Fill the potato wraps with rocket, chopped vegetables, feta cheese and baked salmon.
