Make these easy delicious brownies with marshmallows and sweet crackers. I use cake flour in this recipe. Cake flour are common in the US, Asia and some parts of Europe. Cake flour is a low protein (3-8% protein) finely milled wheat flour. If you can’t find this type of flour you can use all purpose flour. You need a 17x25 cm pan.
Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 200 g baking chocolate
- 3 x eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 50 g cacao
- 7 g baking powder
- 150 g cake flour
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g mini marshmallows
- 220 g sweet crackers
Method
- Preheat oven, 175 C fan forced. Line the pan with parchment paper.
- Lightly crush sweet crackers. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Let cool until roomtempered.
- Use a whisk and beat sugar and eggs for about 1 minute. Add melted chocolate butter and mix until combined. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix together until just combined and smooth. Use a spatula and stir in mini marshamallows and sweet crackers.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until brownie are slightly «jiggly». Let cool completely before removing from pan. Cut the brownie in squares.
