- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 150 g chocolate
Method
- You must try these gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! Large, delicious biscuits that are both soft and crispy at the same time, and with a delicious taste of chocolate.
- To a bowl, mix together both brown sugar and sugar with melted butter. Stir well.
- Add eggs and vanilla sugar to the bowl and continue to stir.
- Add gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt. Keep stirring.
- Chop the chocolate and stir in. Use your hands to knead the dough.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ºC and cover the baking trays with baking sheets.
- Remove your cake batter from the refrigerator and roll out the dough into balls (50 g per ball) and place them on the baking tray. The biscuits should have a good distance as they will be quite large.
