Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats!

Ingredients

  • 1 x ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 tsp dutch-process cocoa powder

Method

  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Combine with cocoa powder, shredded coconut, oatmeal and salt.
  3. Finally, stir through the milk and put the porridge in the fridge overnight, or at least for a couple of hours.
