Ingredients
- 1 handful carrot tops
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Method
- MIx all ingredients in a blender or mortar until smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pizza, burger, pasta, salad or bread!
