Blueberry Smoothie

How about a fresh blueberry smoothie packed with lots of great flavor and antioxidants? You need a blender, a food processor or an immersion blender to make this. If you want, you can replace the coconut milk with any yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • ½ x frozen banana
  • 2 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 3 dl apple juice

Method

  1. If you want, you can add 1 tablespoon of protein powder per serving.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender or a food processor if you want, but there will be a bit more clean after.
